Shipping and delivery
All Kay Brothers wines are packed and dispatched from our McLaren Vale winery. We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.
We take care to ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition. If your order arrives damaged, or if you experience any delivery issues, please contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Mailing list members receive free shipping on orders of 12 bottles or more, or on purchases of $300 or more.
You are welcome to collect your order from our cellar door. Simply select the pick-up option at checkout.
Delivery timeframes
Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days of receipt. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your destination.
During periods of extreme heat, we may delay dispatching your order to avoid exposing the wine to high temperatures.
When your order is shipped, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number so you can follow its progress.
International shipping
International shipping is available through Australia Tasting Room.
